Order submission notes

When the order form is submitted you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Shipping directions

Send us a minimum of 2 grams per sample.
Ship via UPS or FedEx for delivery during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–6 PM PT).
Ship according to the storage conditions you require — e.g. refrigerated samples should be shipped overnight in a cooler with ice packs.
For RUSH (same-day) service, samples must arrive by 12:00 PM Pacific.
Include a copy of the order confirmation or submission form with the samples.
